March/2024: we just received the freshly harvested spring Wen-Shan Bao Zhong by air! The aroma is delightfully refreshing with a blend of floral and vegetal flavors. Like Chopin’s Nocturnes, the taste is light-bodied, soothing, and not attention-craving. For such a lightly oxidized oolong, you still can easily get 3 to 4 aromatic and enjoyable brewings.
